Prices do not allow for site preparation, Basix requirements, Non standard Council Submission and fees, costs associated with reactive soil conditions, piers to foundation, external stormwater, stormwater detention system, sewer and drainage, electrical connection and any rock excavation.
Prices quoted also exclude soft furnishings, curtains, blinds, wall paper, floor coverings, light fittings, air conditioning, Intercom, vacuum and security systems, driveways and foot paths, landscaping or fencing.
